Facebook to roll out its new feature to find a new job, just like LinkedIn and other social job sites. We all known the famous employment-oriented social networking service LinkedIn which serves Job seekers as well as job providers with their premium services. And now Facebook to reveal its Jobs page that allows businesses to list work they have available. Job seekers can also apply for a job and contact recruiters from that page.
It works like Page Admins for the company can create a job post, track applications and communicate with applicants through Facebook Messenger, on mobile or desktop. They can boost their posts to reach maximum job seekers.
For job seekers, posts will appear in their news feed. They can apply the job using Apply button which opens a form that is pre-populated with information from their job profile. You can edit and review the information before submitting it.
This feature currently available in U.S. and Canada. Facebook started testing this feature some months ago, it worked out any bugs already. And we will be waiting for this new feature.
